Delivered over a 16-week programme, the £1.4 million project incorporated extensive electrical and mechanical works, including new power and lighting infrastructure, electrical distribution, fire alarm and BMS systems, alongside ventilation, air conditioning and water services.

Scope of Works
RIGBY delivered a comprehensive package of office refurbishment, electrical and mechanical works across two floors of the building, including:
- Floor-track power installation.
- New energy-efficient LED lighting.
- New electrical distribution.
- Fire alarm installation.
- Building Management System (BMS) works.
- Hot and cold water services.
- New fresh-air ventilation.
- VRF air-conditioning system.
- Complete refurbishment of the 10th and 11th floor office spaces.
Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Refurbishment
The project brought together multiple mechanical and electrical disciplines as part of the wider office refurbishment, with RIGBY responsible for delivering new building services across both floors.
From electrical distribution, lighting and fire alarm systems through to ventilation, water services and VRF air conditioning, the project demonstrates RIGBY’s ability to deliver coordinated M&E solutions as part of substantial commercial and public-sector refurbishment programmes.
